How to request deletion
- Send an email to privacy@anvera.app with subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the account email used in the app.
- Include your request date and country/region.
What gets deleted
- Account profile and authentication identifiers tied to Anvera account usage.
- User-generated wellbeing records (for example mood logs, anxiety logs, breathing history, journal, sleep, routines), where technically and legally applicable.
What may be retained
Some data may be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, billing dispute, or regulatory obligations, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Subscription note
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active Google Play subscriptions. Manage cancellations in Google Play Subscriptions.
Response timeline
We process requests within a reasonable timeframe and may request verification to protect account security.
