By using Anvera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Wellness Disclaimer
Anvera is a self-management wellbeing app and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide emergency care or therapy. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for account credentials and device security.
- You agree to provide accurate account information.
- We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or unlawful behavior.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed via Google Play.
- Pricing, trial duration, trial conversion terms, and renewals are shown before purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions auto-renew based on the billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
- Renewal and cancellation are managed in your Google Play account: Google Play Subscriptions.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription.
- Entitlement access may change after cancellation, refund, chargeback, or billing failure.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of your journal entries and wellbeing data. You grant us a limited license to process such content only for operating and improving the service according to the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.
- Use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Reverse engineer or interfere with core service integrity, except where law permits.
8. Intellectual Property
App branding, UI, software, and related assets are protected by intellectual property law and remain property of the provider and licensors.
9. Service Changes and Termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may terminate access for Terms violations.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the user and service jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
